What is GLO?

When will I receive my gifts?
Delivery timings may vary, but we aim to have all of your items delivered to you within 4 weeks of your list ending. This takes into consideration the fact that some specialist items may have to be ordered in for you as they are purchased. We will always contact you to arrange a delivery date that suits you to.

Can I return an item?
If you are unhappy with any item that has been purchased from your gift list, you may return the item to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange if preferred. See our Terms & Conditions for further details.

Do gift lists have lower or upper size limits?
You can create any size of gift list on our site. In our experience your friends and family are often swayed to buy something they find appealing, so we suggest choosing a variety of items at a variety of prices. Don't forget to check out our social media channels for updates and tips from the GLO team!

Can I set up more than one list at a time?
Yes! You can set up multiple gift lists to run concurrently. Each gift list has a unique URL associated with it and can be shared with your friends and family at your discretion! If you have any difficulty managing your lists our team will be more that happy to help, just get in touch with us via phone, email or one of our social media platforms.

Can I edit items on my list?
The gift list is yours to edit as you wish! When you have set up a list with us you may add and delete items as you see fit. Just remember, if you change your mind about something that has already been purchased, it's best to get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can cancel the order or provide you with an alternative gift of your choosing!

How can my list be accessed?
Friends and Family can access your list online using either your unique list number or the link that can be found on your gift list main page.
